首頁的市場數值取自 Bitfinex 公開 fUSD funding ticker。畫面應同時標示幣別、FRR、UTC 觀測時間、觀測窗，以及年化方式。資料中斷或超過允許的新鮮度時，介面必須顯示「暫不可用」，不得沿用舊值假裝即時。

The homepage market value comes from the public Bitfinex fUSD funding ticker. The display identifies currency, FRR, observation time in UTC, observation window, and annualization method. If the feed is interrupted or older than the permitted freshness window, the interface must show “unavailable” instead of presenting a stale value as live.

APR

顯示的簡單年化率以 每日 FRR × 365 × 100 計算。由於沒有納入複利，所以不標示為 APY。

Displayed simple APR is calculated as daily FRR × 365 × 100. It is not labelled APY because compounding is not included.

實際入帳證據Credited evidence

「已入帳」只採用 Bitfinex 帳戶中已結算的 funding credit 紀錄。每筆公開證據必須帶有日期、幣別、資料來源、費用基礎與更新時間；未成交掛單、應計但未入帳金額、餘額變動與情境估算全部排除。

“Credited” includes only settled funding-credit records from the Bitfinex account. Every published record must identify date, currency, source, fee basis, and update time. Open offers, accrued but unsettled amounts, balance movements, and scenario estimates are excluded.

歷史入帳紀錄不是預測或收益保證。只有完成所有權與發布核准的證據才會公開。Historical record, not a forecast or guarantee. Only evidence with verified ownership and publication approval is shown publicly.

費用與試算分離Fee and estimate separation

• Bitfinex 費用：依 Bitfinex 當時適用的費率表處理，並與軟體費用分開呈現。
• 軟體費用：依「費用與計價」頁揭露，並與市場結果分開呈現。
• 稅務與其他成本：不納入一般試算，因為處理方式取決於使用者與所在地。

• Bitfinex fee: Subject to the Bitfinex schedule then in effect and presented separately from software charges.
• Software fee: Disclosed on the Fees and billing page and presented separately from market results.
• Tax and other costs: Excluded from general estimates because treatment depends on the user and location.

The cinematic homepage does not publish personalized return scenarios. Any future estimate must identify principal, period, utilization, rate, fees, and assumptions, and remain visually distinct from credited evidence.

資料治理Data governance

每個資料來源都有明確的資料責任、允許的新鮮度、異常處理與發布條件。方法或欄位定義一旦改變，會保留生效日期與變更摘要；無法驗證來源的數字不會出現在公開介面。

Every source has defined ownership, a permitted freshness window, failure treatment, and publication conditions. Method or field-definition changes retain an effective date and change summary. Unverifiable figures do not appear in the public interface.

公開 FRR 是市場情境，不代表個別帳戶能成交、持續利用或得到相同結果。實際結果會受到成交率、放貸天期、提前返還、未利用時間、Bitfinex 費用、軟體費用、稅務與平台事件影響。

Public FRR is market context. It does not mean an individual account will match, remain utilized, or achieve the same result. Actual outcomes can be affected by match rate, term, early return, idle time, Bitfinex fees, software charges, tax, and platform events.
