Alpha Rate 是提供 Bitfinex Funding 自動化與資訊呈現的獨立軟體產品。公開網站提供產品介紹、方法、風險、安全、費用、隱私與聯絡資訊；正式產品存取採申請制。

Alpha Rate is an independent software product for Bitfinex Funding automation and information presentation. The public website provides product, methodology, risk, security, fee, privacy, and contact information. Product access is request-based.

Alpha Rate 不保管使用者資產，也不提供銀行存款、保本投資或收益保證。Alpha Rate does not custody user assets and does not provide a bank deposit, capital guarantee, or promised return.

第三方獨立性Third-party independence

Alpha Rate 是獨立第三方自動化產品，並非 Bitfinex 官方產品。本網站不主張 Bitfinex 與 Alpha Rate 存在合作、背書、保證或授權，除非日後有可驗證的書面協議。Bitfinex 名稱、標誌與商標屬其各自權利人。

Alpha Rate is an independent third-party automation product and is not an official Bitfinex product. This site does not claim partnership, endorsement, guarantee, or authorization by Bitfinex unless a verifiable written agreement exists in the future. Bitfinex names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owner.

服務地區與資格Availability and eligibility

產品存取需要有效且符合所在地規範的 Bitfinex 帳戶。使用者須確認自己所在地可合法使用 Bitfinex Funding 與相關自動化工具，並遵守 Bitfinex 的驗證、帳戶、資產與功能限制。無法確認資格時，請不要連接 API。

Product access requires a valid Bitfinex account that is permitted in the user’s location. Users must confirm that Bitfinex Funding and related automation tools may be used lawfully where they are located and comply with Bitfinex verification, account, asset, and feature limits. Do not connect an API when eligibility is uncertain.

請勿透過電子郵件傳送 API Secret、密碼、2FA 碼、錢包私鑰、助記詞或其他正式憑證。涉及帳戶安全時，請先在 Bitfinex 撤銷 API Key。

Do not email API secrets, passwords, 2FA codes, wallet private keys, seed phrases, or other production credentials. For account-security concerns, revoke the API key in Bitfinex first.
